Ice Skating at the Weber State Ice Sheet with each our friends..what fun!!! Low and behold I spot out Chris skating on the other side of the rink; I noticed him because he kept falling down and was of course cute. My friends went and asked him to come skate with me (typical 15 year olds). I immediately could talk and laugh with Chris. Chris had to stop and tie his shoe; a man skating backwards didn't see Chris and fell right over him, that was the day I had fallen for Chris too(so cheesy). We have been together ever since. Chris and I were married on June 6, 2003 in Harrisville, Utah.
After getting married we made the decision to finish school. I applied to Utah State University and got accepted into their teaching program. We lived in Logan for 3 years, finished my degree in Elementary Education and Special Education, and got pregnant with our son Kabril Matthew. He was born at home by my husband on December 8, 2006 (by far the happiest day of our lives). We currently live in Ogden, Utah, hope to move to Oregon someday once the jobs in certain areas and the economy gets better up there, and have more children.
